Refunds

All of our products are made to order, which means each item is custom printed or produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept refunds or returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong item.

We only offer refunds or free replacements if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if there is a manufacturing error. If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@theguidedchannel.com and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the gift recipient, the recipient will receive a replacement or refund if the item arrives damaged or defective. The same conditions apply as listed above—please provide photo evidence of the issue within 30 days of delivery.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for unwanted gifts or incorrect choices unless the item is defective.

Shipping returns

As our products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party print providers, we do not accept physical returns.

Please do not send your purchase back to the return address on the package—it is not a valid return location. If you experience an issue with your order, such as damage or a defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will evaluate your claim and arrange a refund or replacement if eligible.

If a return is mistakenly sent to the print provider or an unapproved address, we cannot guarantee that it will be received or refunded.
